Michael F. Guerin

Michael Guerin is president of Guerin Associates, Inc. (“GA”), a management consulting firm specializing in real estate and facilities management.
Before forming GA, Mike spent ten years in corporate facilities at Nabisco Brands, where he was responsible for design & construction, space planning, CAD/CAFM, and relocation projects.
He also has two years’ public sector experience with NJ’s Division of Building and Construction and ten years’ previous experience as an architect in the private sector.
Mike Guerin is a creative, competent professional with extensive experience in facility design, construction, operations, and management. He is a capable leader with strong analytical abilities and keeps the big picture in focus, balancing personal skills with technical abilities.

He consistently demonstrates quality, integrity, and good judgment. This has produced a successful track record with diverse clients and projects, ranging from building design and construction through facility operations analysis, business process improvement, and strategic outsourcing of services.

Arleen D. Padrón

Millington, NJ 1996 to Present - Analyst/Associate
Arleen D. Padrón manages databases and reports development for business improvement consulting projects. Arleen's responsibilities at GA include:
  • Issuing Data Surveys

  • Data Validation and Analysis

  • Project Accounting

She also completes preliminary report writing for global benchmarking and operational improvements and maintains communications with all study participants.

Arleen supports GA through her mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks. She expertly manages our administrative, financial, bookkeeping, clerical business functions, and website maintenance, and her Spanish proficiency is an asset to our operations.

Educational Experience

Arleen completed her education at Pennsylvania State University and has a B.S. in Social Welfare, magna cum laude, with an additional Spanish major. She also worked in Educational Testing Services in Princeton, NJ, from 1977 to 1980.

Financial Aid Analysis

As a financial aid analyst, Arleen analyzed college financial aid forms and trained to review staff, in addition to providing directed testing of the financial aid analysis system at the Kensington Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, from 1975 to 1977.

Director, Social Services

Arleen was responsible for social services at the North Philadelphia community hospital, where she developed and documented policies and procedures. She worked closely with alcoholics in the detox unit, linking them with AA and other rehabilitation programs. Arleen also served as a facilitator, educator, translator, and referral source. During her time there, she spoke Spanish daily.
